Appointments
Appointments can be booked either instantly or requested for approval, depending on the service. For consultation-based services, your appointment will be confirmed after review and direct communication.

Deposits
Selected services require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from your final service total. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as missed appointments, will result in the loss of the deposit.

Pricing
All service prices are listed as starting from (“from CHF”). Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, density, and product usage. You will always be informed of any adjustments during your appointment or consultation.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to respect other clients’ appointments.

Consultation Services
For transformation, colour, and extension services, a consultation may be required before confirming your booking. Final pricing and service details will be agreed upon following consultation.
